While some parts of the park are currently under
construction and therefore has limited access, there
are many free campsites available on a "first come,
first served" basis.

Visitors are encouraged to bring their own inner tubes,
kayaks and water sports equipment for a nice day at
the park. Some Porta-potties are available.

No glass is allowed, violators may be fined by the
sheriff's department. Visitors are responsible for
picking up and depositing their trash. Tom Green
County Sheriff's deputies visit the park often to
enforce compliance.

The community and the county welcomes all visitors to
our main street and parks. Our River Park is evolving to
become a family friendly venue for a great day on our
Gem of the Concho River.

Several BnBs are available for extended stays. Come
visit us....you'll be pleasantly surprised!

River Park Information:
Pugh Park is located at the south edge of Christoval
on Toenail Trail (also known as Ranch Road 2084)
Camping sites are "first come, first served"
There are no electrical hookups in the Park area
Some Porta-Potties are provided in the summer months
Overnight camping cannot exceed three days
Bring your own inner tubes and floatation devices
The are no Lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk
